1. Introduction

Welcome to Moods! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products & Services

Moods offers a range of aromatherapy products, including essential oils, diffusers, and wellness items.

3. Age Restrictions

There are no age restrictions for purchasing our products.

4. Subscription Services

We offer subscription services (details TBC). Subscription terms, cancellations, and renewals will be outlined separately.

5. Payment Terms

• All orders require full payment upfront before processing and dispatch.

• We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, PayPal, ShopPay, and all major credit/debit cards.

6. Stock Availability

• If a product is out of stock, customers can join a waitlist and will be notified once the item becomes available.

• We do not guarantee restocking of all items.

7. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

• Moods is not responsible for third-party courier delays or external factors affecting delivery times.

• Our products are for aromatherapy purposes only and should not be used as medical treatments. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have allergies, sensitivities, or underlying health conditions.

8. Promotional Terms & Conditions

  • By participating in any such promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions.
  • Promotional codes allow the user one single use. This offer can only be redeemed on a single Moods order at moods.co.uk
  • Promotional code offers exclude all other promotions and offers and cannot be combined with any other discounts.
  • Promotional codes can only be applied to full price items unless otherwise stated.
  • Offers cannot be applied retrospectively to previous orders.
  • Promotional codes are only available at moods.co.uk and is not valid in any Moods stockists.
  • Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount code.
  • Moods reserves the right to (i) cancel an offer at any time (ii) refuse to allow any individual to participate in the offer (iii) amend these terms and conditions (and will use reasonable endeavours to notify changes to all customers.)
  • Refunds will take into account the discount
  • Offers do not include delivery charges, unless otherwise stated.

Ongoing Promotions

Free Mini-MoodRoller (Mystery Mood) with your next purchase

  • This offer is valid exclusively for customers who sign up to our mailing list.
  • Customers must purchase any full-size MoodMist, MoodRoller or MoodSwings to qualify for the free Mini-MoodRoller. Excludes sets.
  • The Mini-MoodRoller variant will be randomly selected and cannot be exchanged for a specific mood.
  • The free gift will be automatically added to the cart when using the link provided in the welcome email.
  • Customers must use the link to activate the offer.
  • The free gift is limited to one per eligible order and is available only online at moods.co.uk.
  • Offer valid while stocks last and cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or codes.
  • The free gift has no cash value and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • If a customer returns the qualifying purchase, the free gift must also be returned.
  • Failure to return the free gift will result in an adjusted refund amount.
  • The promotion is subject to change or cancellation at any time without prior notice.

Diagnostic Quiz – £5 Off Your Order

  • This offer is valid exclusively for customers who complete the Diagnostic Quiz and enter their email.
  • A £5 discount will be applied to qualifying orders using a discount code.
  • Offer valid only for orders placed online at moods.co.uk.
  • The discount is limited to one per eligible customer and cannot be combined. with other promotions, discounts, or codes.
  • This promotion is subject to change or cancellation at any time without prior notice.

Bank Holiday Complimentary Gift - Receive Fit MoodMist with 75+ spend.

  • Offer valid from 21/08/2025 to 26/08/2025, subject to availability.
  • Customers who spend £75 or more in a single transaction will receive one complimentary FIT MoodMist.
  • Qualifying orders will have the gift automatically added at checkout with code FITSUMMER.
  • Offer applies to orders placed via moods.co.uk only.
  • If items are returned and the final order value falls below £75, the complimentary gift must also be returned.

Sampling Campaign - £25 Discount Code Offer

  • This offer is open to individuals who sign up via the designated landing page during our sampling campaign.
  • To participate, customers must provide a valid email address on the landing page. By signing up, participants consent to receiving promotional emails from Moods.
  • Upon successful sign-up, a £25 discount code will be sent to the provided email address.
  • The discount code is valid for one-time use only.
  • It must be applied at checkout only online at moods.co.uk.
  • The code cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer or discount code.
  • The discount code is valid for 60 days and codes not used within this period will be void.
  • The discount cannot be exchanged for cash or any other monetary value.
  • It is non-transferable and must be used by the registered email holder.
  • The offer is subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn at any time at Mood’s discretion.
  • Moods reserves the right to cancel or amend this offer without prior notice.
  • In case of fraudulent activity or misuse of the discount code, Moods may revoke the code without liability.
